Start with your export

LMKFR works on the official Instagram data export you request from Meta - never your login. The ZIP is decoded inside this browser and is never uploaded.

1. In the Instagram app, request your export (Meta's "Download your information").
2. Wait for Meta's email - preparation usually takes a few hours up to a few days.
3. Drop the ZIP on the home page - analysis starts immediately, on this device.
